Type of work carried out: Replacement of SECCO SISTEMI steel window systems with powder-coated finishes to IGP sample standards, certified according to Swiss regulations.

A minimal-profile design is used to replicate the existing window systems, which are over 50 years old and non-insulating. This profile achieves the same dimensions while providing insulated-glass performance compliant with standard thermal transmittance regulations. 

In addition, custom wooden subframes are applied to create an insulated window/wall junction according to legal technical requirements.

Replacement with REI fire-rated steel profiles from Jansen, powder-coated to IGP sample standards. All accessories are from the GLUZ series, 100% Swiss-made. Automatic door openers and electric opening systems utilise the “Dorma” series.
