Residential building, Paradiso - Lugano

Type of work carried out: installation of an aluminium façade MOD SCHUCO SL 50 with press bar and external cover, triple-glass selective panes, powder-coated to IGP sample standards as required for the Swiss market.

External cladding with WOODN JF 15045 ELIQUIDALI sun-shading slats installed in four different shades: White, Carrara-Coffee, Bogotá, Lagorai, and Snai. The colours were selected to create a visual variety across the cladding slats, all fixed to a customised steel substructure.

Fixing System with wall-mounted thermally broken brackets, mechanically secured, fully certified according to Swiss standards.

To complete the work, an entrance façade completion, smooth press-bent aluminium panels, powder-coated to RAL sample standards in IGP, with hidden substructure fixings using adjustable rails and sliders.

Galvanised and RAL-painted steel planters, fabricated from press-bent steel sheets, then clad with Greenwood Honey-coloured slats. Integrated seating benches are applied to in-situ precast walls.
